Lori Lightfoot became mayor of Chicago this past May. She has spent much of her time since then hob-knobbing with celebrities in Chicago and Washington, DC. In order to deal with Chicago's increasing crime, she ordered the Chicago Police Department's command staff to cancel their vacations. Guess who left on vacation today after only three months on the job. Yep, Mayor Lori Lightfoot.
