7 minute workout day 2 (ABs)

So yesterday I did my core and today I did my Ab’s. They kind of go hand and hand. So I did 7 minutes working just my ab muscles. If you don’t know what or where your arbs are that’s pretty much your stomach muscles. The ab workout was a lot easier then the corn for me but still a challenge. I had to take 2 breaks because I just couldn’t push it any more do a quick break was need.

I need to work on my core. I used to be in so much better shape than I am now. I mean, I'm in shape, but just not as toned as I was say 5 or 10 years ago.

That’s like me! I do have mommy tummy which can be hard to get ride of. But I just want to get my corn back to where it was like 8 years ago.

@ShyBear88 I'm sure it's hard for many women to bounce back after they've had babies. But it is possible, it just takes some work. Keep plugging along, and you'll eventually get back your tight tummy.

@moffittjc not too tight! I’m no longer build like athletic so not trying to go back that far. Tomorrow is arms when then should help also with my stomach and core.
