It´s a sunny Sunday!

Today is a nice day, with clear skies, mild weather and sunlight. Good day for outdoor activities, like the ones I´m goig to do after lunch.
Today Iplan to go to the park and practice some phisical moves and streatch the body. For lunch I will be having chicken dish with vegetables and pure drinking water.
At this time, I´m checking email and posts from friends and family.

Winter is slowly going away here. The fruit trees are blossoming and I´m not turning on the heater so much. I just woke up and turned on the laptop to mylot a bit. Yours was the first post I saw, dear friend. Nice to see you.

Thanks, here summer is still going on. Soon we will be seeing the leaves fall from the trees. We are still hac¿ving showers from time to time
