Why "Angel Has Fallen" is a good movie.

This could appear as some spoiler thing but the intention is to keep the viewer watchful of what makes a good story. Anyways, the trailer has given much and this is just an affirmation that Angel Has Fallen is a movie to watch. First, this completes the trilogy of the "Has Fallen" Mike Banning story. The main character, the protagonist, is super secret service loyal to his job - to protect the President of the United States. Second, this is high-action packed that keeps the viewer palpitating from beginning to end. Some silent moments are worth noting, actually to keep the heart beating, ha ha, and prepare for more cardiac arrests. Ha ha. The silent moments also afforded the viewer some reprieve in order to appreciate the woods, or scenic scenes. Ha ha. As if the viewer can even think about appreciating. But I did love the trees and the silence of the woods. Which leads us to.... Third, this movie, even if the viewer is immersed in the assassination and the conspiracy thing that is a theme of many a high action movie, Angel Has Fallen has finally divulged what makes Mike Banning what he is, and that through a perfect three generation strategy. Banning was estranged to his own father who abandoned him and his mother early on in his life. Then he finds his father again and learns the reason for abandoning his family. In the beginning of the movie, Banning is shown the loving husband to Lia and the doting dad to Lyn - a foreshadowing of a family about to be in harm's way. Banning's father did not want his family in danger forever. The ending is a super comic scene that would make the viewer leave the theater laughing, a far cry from what just has been a horrifying violent movie that probably would make the viewer aghast. But nope. We could die laughing. Ha ha
