A young man in Buffalo who is giving back to his community

13 year old Shelden Gibbs is one young man who amazes me that he really cares for the people in his hometown of Buffalo New York. Gibbs who is the Chief Operating Officer (CEO) of his own handmade bow ties called Classic Knot who does his business by donations from the public and businesses in Buffalo, is also doing his part to use his knowledge of making money from his business to good use. Gibbs recently hosted his third annual backpack giveaway to assist families in need of a backpack and school supplies for the children who are going back to school this year. It is evident that Shelden who knows the stresses that families have to deal with by not having the money to buy basic school supplies for their children is doing this work so he can lessen the burden by giving away school supplies to the needy since he has been there and done that. I like this young man following his passions of making handmade bow ties for sale.
