I have been seeing online posts that claim people want to assassinate Trump.
To me, even if someone disagrees w/his lifestyle, his policies, whatever, calling for his assassination is morally bankrupt.
I'd say the same to anyone calling for the assassination of ANY President.
I'll confess, I'm not always a fan of Trump, but that's true of a lot of elected officials. In a civilized society, we (must) learn to deal, even with people we may at times disagree with or even dislike.

I agree whole thing of assination is dumb, you want him gone tell your elected official to impeach him. He has so many impeachable offenses, and yet they have not done it. I heard a Republican say if they do not impeach him now they will never be able to impeach another president ever. It will be a useless tool because everyone will go back and say look what Trump did and got away with, this guy just did one thing that Trump did, you can't impeach him for that.

I attended 2 protests at Trump rallies in PA and I have to tell you Trump supporters are scary. I know it's not fair to lump them all together but I'm not exaggerating when I say a huge number of the ones I had contact with were the type of people who would be likely to commit violence against someone with whom they disagreed.

This isn't anything new, I think I saw more threats against President Obama than I've seen against Trump. The thing is, Trump is protected as is his entire family. I don't agree with calling for violence against anyone but someone needs to tell Trump to stop inciting violence against those he hates.

I agree. People don't think before they say things. Even if they are joking, I think it's wrong.

We are living in society that if you do not agree with one side, they want you exterminated. It's gone that far and publicly said by celebrities.

I honestly believe Trump and his minions are looking to "thin the her", i.e. get rid of those who aren't straight white "Christians" (whether they really are or not), preferably those who are wealthy. He's a wannabe dictator and if we're not careful we'll totally lose our democracy.

Killing anyone is simply not tolerated; and I hope that some idiot out there doesn't put it in his/her mind to do the deed.
