Andrew Luck is Now Retired

As of the third Pre-Season game for the Indianapolis Colts, Andrew Luck is retired. It took the football world by shock and needless to say the fans were speechless. I don't root the Colts but even I have to admit that he was a good quarterback. No one can argue with his numbers. What the fans in the stadium did to Luck on his way off the field however, was unacceptable. You do not boo your quarterback just because he's retiring. Andrew Luck has been hurt, played in pain and gone to rehab more than he has played lately and he's tired. The game isn't fun for him anymore. He's also married now with a baby on the way. He's going to want to play with his kid and if he keeps getting hurt, it's going to take away his quality of life. I'm sorry to see the 29 year old quarterback go but I completely understand. Seeing what other football players and staff are saying about his retirement is sweet. So is watching the replays of some of his games. So here's to a great man and awesome football player. *image from google*
