i know many people think that's ugly and looks unhealthy (which is true), but for some reason i really like dark circles under eyes.
i remember how mad i was during the high school because i had them, but after some time i started to like them. i knew it was becuse of the lack of sleep. i slept for like 4 hours and i've been in school for 12 hours. and because i wanted good grades i hade to study at night.
now my circles under eyes are much smaller because i get some sleep, but during college they're large again. sometimes i don't even bother to cover them.
how do you feel about the dark circles under eyes?

yes it does help. enough sleep, healthier lifestyle and those circles are at least less visible.

Those circles tell about their owner that the owner doesn't sleep, so the owner may function incorrectly, and is not ready enough for the day, to talk, to think...with that, I will try not to bother someone who has circles. So I think those can maybe give a cool gothic look, but, I prefer people with no circles.

@aureategloom I guess they have 8 hours of sleep at night and a nap of 2 hours at noon...but, they are awake at work, focused, and are there with the others.

hmm well then people with no circles only sleep and do nothing, because they're so well rested?

@stringer321 well maybe those with circles around eyes spend more time doing something more interesting than sleeping for 10 hours and being at work. i mean, sleep for 10 hours, work for 8, 2 hours to eat and take a bath and these thing, and you have 5 more hours left to do something other than sleeping and work
