I’ve been saving money here and there to buy a house some time kn the future. Don’t have know yet to buy a house no dates in mine either. There is a few must have s like these few things are like deal breakers. We must have 4 bedroom a 5 bedroom is optional. A back yard or deck, a kitchen that oils easy be allergy friendly, and of course either a drive way or grange to places own or both of our cars. I don’t need a house to be my dream house but these are the few things that have to be had in a house when we do buy.

Around here that type of house would be in the range of $200,000 and up.

It depends for the house we want if we stayed in our current spot could for a detached home could be any where from $500,000-$1million. Thankfully we are looking to movie our form being near the capital to our by the beach which we could get a house for what we want near $250,000 maybe higher or lower depending on how old the house is and it’s current location.

Good old Alabama and the low cost of living. In California, that would cost well over a million dollars.

I really do hope that you are able to get there. My husband and I would love to be able to own our own home someday as well.

If doesn’t need to be big a house like this can be small as wEll. How much a house coast depends on several things, how old the house is, location, if upgrades have happened. We are looking at moving our from the city to the beach which is cheaper living. So our price range is going to be about $350,000.

@tech40 not beside it but closer to it they also have more food options for our youngest. Live down near the beach has lots of things to offer our family in the future. We started saying for it a few months ago.
