I had planned to post last night, came on and thought read some first and then write. No I was so tired that I read commented some and that is all I had in me. I am so tired, even now. So yesterday was her first day of school, so far they are making sure all knows how to use the apps and such. She did have 2 assignments but they were to do a Power Point on her, a get to know each other. I think it was more to make sure they know how to use it. Tech never did figure out the printer from last year so it is hard wired to her laptop. Makes it a little harder but we will deal. She is in school now as they are talking about the class rules and such. Then 2 hour break. She has decided on the break to do her Arts Alive class so she ends up with about a 1 1/2 break. I have been going to bed earlier and earlier but still feel so tired. Up to almost 7 hours of sleep. Dont know what is going on that Im so tired. Trying to figure out what to make for supper, nothing sounds good and or easy. LOL! Yes that tired. No energy at all. I have to figure this out cause I cant keep doing this, or in this case cant keep not doing things that need done. I guess bonus is I can get up and get her up for school at least and slowly get a few things done. Oh well it will work itself out I guess. Not much else is going on really, just trying to get things done more here as the weekend will be doing my moms wood for winter. So wish she would just get a furnace like we did. We did it awhile back as we knew we were tired of spending Spring, Summer and Fall doing wood for winter. Now it is doing her wood, so see how things dont go as planned? lol

We hope to either purchase a home or build one. There will be 3 heat sources, woodstove, pellet stove, and oil as a back up.

@Ithink My husband says he is up to doing the wood. Plus, if we get land that is wooded we won't need to worry about where to get the wood.

Until about 6 years ago we did wood only and this is a big old farmhouse so it never really warmed the whole place up and took a lot of wood and work splitting and stacking and all that. Now we are totally just gas furnace, actually had to have gas lines put into the house, that was a mess too along with figuring out where to put the furnace and outlets. Glad we did thou.

School started Tuesday, for kids in our area. I'm glad she's getting adjusted to her laptop and daily school work. If you are tired a lot, possibly you are low on iron. I had to take a supplement, for a while.

@Ithink I'm an early riser, so early morning hours are no big deal for me. Yet, I hit the sack by 10:30P.

So far she is, it is homeschool thru PACyber so part is up to them and some up to me. Last few years it was thru them but I did all the work no online classes except 1 hour a week with each teacher. I will be helping of course but hoping for more free time to do other things.

I would use wood as a backup plan, but I am closer to getting of grid so wood will be in my future.

If this place wasnt so big wood would work. How I would love just a cabin or something. But that isnt what I have so. lol I have always wanted to be off grid but gets harder with age I think. Health of course is a big thing too.

School started last month here. I already have figured out whats for dinner tonight and the rest of the week. But I haven't gotten much accomplished today yet. I'm moving so slow. We go to bed about 9, and get up at 6. but I still haven't been sleeping well.

I suck at figuring out dinners and when I ask hubby he is always, I dont know, I dont care. *smh* Tessa eats whatever I make too, but will just say Tacos, Pizza, Spaghetti, McDonalds on repeat. LOL! I think Im just cooked out after doing it for 26 years. Also having the same things on hand all the time gets blah.

@Ithink There's a white board in our kitchen, I plan out meals for the week. Each kid gets at least one day to choose what they want us to have for dinner that night. We do breakfast for dinner at least once a week, sometimes thats french toast, other times is sausage breakfast sandwiches. She child always says taco bake. He child usually says shrimp or pork chops. S/O is pretty easy to keep happy for dinner. It's Friday, and kids will be at grandmas, so ill either make orange chicken or we will go out.

Yes we did too, only way we heated. The last about 6 years, is the first time we havent had to work to stay warm. We also really do stay warm now, so that is a big bonus to me.

It's the first day of school for a lot of my family. I've loved seeing everyone's first day pictures.
