Kids Are So Easy To Please!!!

Tonight my BFF and I decided that instead of bringing her little boy to my place while she worked, I'd look after him at her place. We usually do this on Thursdays because my husband has a lot to do that day, and comes home rather tired. I recently found some McDonald's coupons in the mail, and one of them was for a lower price on a Happy Meal. Her little guy LOVES them! We agreed to meet at Starbucks on Wellington. Before she and the little one got there, i ran next door to McDonald's and got him exactly what he wanted, and a little something for myself. Then I ran to the nearby Liquor store, and got a bottle of sparkling wine for Hubby and I, since it's our 12th anniversary tomorrow. From there I went back to Starbucks and waited for them. By then with my computer bag, I had a load of stuff to carry, and was more than happy not to have to take the bus. They got me, and we came back here. He lit right up when he saw i had a Happy Meal hidden in my huge bag. Lucky for him people in my complex throw away a lot of coupons, so I managed to get a load of them. Kids are definitely easy to please if we, the grownups, listen to them, and learn the things they life. What brings excitement to the children in your life?
