Well everyone it is that time of year where there is a lot of people getting sick. As it is a pain to deal with being sick and staying active it’s important to get lots of rest. I recommend using all nature medicines food etc and to avoid any strong acid foods so that the illness does not get irritated. Make sure to reduce any stress you might have so that your body doesn’t start to feel overwhelmed on top of being sick. Stay healthy everyone and relax :)

Just try to take it easy and don’t do anything to irritate the couch.
