We have a meaningful Saturday class in the Institute of Religion.
We study the parables mentioned in the 13th chapter of the book of Matthew.
We learn why Jesus taught in parables to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven.
"And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
"He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given" (Matthew 13: 10-11, KJV)
We have a very good and mea4 discussion about the Parable of the Sower.

Glad you had a meaningful discussion and you enjoyed it. I am not into any religious classes but yes, we do take meaningful discussions around spirituality in our yoga and meditation group. Such discussions can be so enriching and empowering.
