Do you set your phone in a silent mode?

Everyday I receive calls from staff and clients. These are the things that stress me everyday. That’s why i set my phone in a silent mode, I also do the same when i travel. Phone calls and messages and messenger stress me everyday especially if tutors cant commit this day or if clients are a bit demanding. But i make sure to reply to all inquiries. It’s just that i want this ‘alone moment’. Do you also do the same?

Yes, when I do not want anyone to disturb me, I put my phone on silent mode

Yes although I am not stressed with calls but I do not want to scandal everyone by hearing loud rigntones. I vibrate would be ok for me to answer their calls.

@Janet357 that's true. Especially when i am trying to nap it gets annoying that all the time the phone makes noise.

@Ladanger true and they are not even important isnt it? According to the survey, if you want to get rid of stress, do not open your emails. I think it is the same as checking your fb, ig and so on.

If it’s because of notifications, maybe you can turn it off

I put my phone on vibrate for most of the day and turn my ringer back on at night time when I’m going to be going to sleep so my alarm sound will go off

@Janet357 I get a lot of just spam calls so I have it on vibrate so if I nap it won’t bother me. They can always cal there dad’s phone if the school needs us or something.

I seldom keep my phone silent because I missed some important calls doing that before.

my phone is usually on silent, but when i'm waiting for an important call or something, i turn the sound on. it's on when i'm away from home so that i can answer my phone if my parents are calling. i don't want them to worry
