One of the things that interest me most is FITNESS. It has become a way of life and passion which includes dedication and perseverance. Into FITNESS? Yes, it requires time and effort. Who among you are into this kind of activity? Share your thoughts.

HI, It is great to hear that you are practicing a healthy lifestyle. I hope to have a fit or semi muscular body but due to limited time, I am not able to go to gym. But I will eat healthy as much as I could.

Is it possible to be less muscular in the mirror and still feeling fit? If Fitness is to look good with muscle, is it really fitness? Healthy liver, hearth, lungs and other hidden body parts maybe is more important than the obvious pecs, delts, biceps, triceps, glutes, abs, hams and the likes. Would it make more sense that the true meaning of Fitness is not aesthetics but a functional body for the longest time possible?
