How do we help ourselves to go through difficult times

Since February me and my partner are working on having baby ! Yes, I know... such a lovely time . But is already September and we have no result yet... I know doctors say is normal to try up to year before you start worry, but doesn't not change the facts and the emotions going inside us. To wait every month for the moment. Trying not to worry when you feel with every month that pass the stress is getting more and more. How do you help yourself when you are stress , worry etc ? I'll be glad if you share some positive stories , experience or whatever

Friend I had a similar experience, 8 months trying and every month that I felt belly ache depressed me and my medical exams were fine, the doctor told me that anxiety was bad for that, so I gave courage and I forgot the matter, when I felt belly ache, I didn't think about it, I followed my normal routine after 3 months plus BINGO yami daughter is 2 years and three months old, so relax the anxiety, it contributes unfavorably in these cases.

@Sisleysis My Mom often said, if you simply live your best life and believe that what is suppose to be will be. I try often to remember that and enjoy the moments. It is very hard to simply live in the present and Mom was great at that.
