I Can....But I Can’t

To the Victims of 9'11
I can write words of poetry
Immortalizing those lost
On that dark September Tuesday
But I can not give a little boy
Back his Daddy's touch.
I can captured memories
In words
As the truth unfolds to me
But I can not give a daughter
Back her Mothers embracing hug.
I can remind others
And myself to take
The time to pray
But I can not give a
Mother back her daughter and son.
I can write words of love
But I can't bring back the
Fallen hero's.

It goes down to history for everyone to remember the terrorist act that fell on the twin towers.
