When I was a little kid, I heard the story my Grandmother, and much older cousin shared while home alone together one night in Grandmother's house in Cody, WY.
They were sitting in the livingroom late at night, just visiting, and the image of a woman showed up on the screen of their old Black and White, CRT television. This was long before the great digital LED/LCD color tv's of today. At the time this happened, if color TVs were available, they were only owned by the very rich and the networks.
The TV was off, and the image of the woman gave my relatives, both now passed, the chills. My Grandmother asked my cousin to cover up the screen. Nancy got a towel, and draped it over the TV. Within a few seconds, the image floated out in front of the towel, and my relatives left the room.
It never happened to them again.

I have my own stories as well, but I'll share one from a family member.
She was sitting in her aunt's living room a few weeks after her uncle passed away. The chair she was sitting in was right near the window and it was dark with very little light inside of the room. The house was on a hill and the living room window was not accessible from the ground outside.
I forget what she said she was doing other then rocking in the chair. She might have been reading, or maybe tending to some sewing. Either way, she looked out the window and was face to face with her uncle, wearing a leather jacket and covered in chains.
When I was kid she used to say that he was a motorcyclist, which was probably partially true. However, the chains and leather jacket could be attributed to hist job as a tree cutter.

I have too many stories to tell. My entire family had close connections with the world beyond and this has now passed on to me. I have felt, heard, seen many amazing things and it has left me convinced that the threshold to the world beyond is closer than we think.

Oh no! I want to read this discussion fully and other's comments too. But, I'm DAMN afraid. I like to hear on these stories but haven't experienced it. I'm pretty much afraid too... I so believe they exist!
