The Police Have an Update for Me

It is amazing what you can find in email these days. I am glad for my gmail and yahoo because all the nasty spam goes into a separate folder and I just delete it all. This piece of garbage managed to get by unnoticed. It was in with my regular mail and it said that the police had an update for me. Now being an intelligent woman I knew that the police, who I have never met here in Daytona Beach, could not possibly have any kind of update for me. I was just wondering if the word police alone might get someone to open this mail and what horrors would happen if they did.
This incident reminded me of a song from years past “Indiana Wants Me” about a fellow singing about the police looking for him and that he would not longer get back to his family. It was sung by a guy called R. Dean Taylor. The song was also written by this Canadian singer-songwriter. It became a hit in both the US and the UK. Unfortunately, even though the singer promoted the record on American Bandstand this was his only hit in the US.
Who remembers this song? Have the police had any updates for you lately?

No but hubby did get a call saying he has a warrant out. He did not call the number they left.
