Today I received rent of my shop

Earlier I post here topic that I gave my shop to my neighbour who shop was burned. I gave him for 15 days. Later he decided to take my shop or rent. He used my shop rent free for two months and now he paid me rent for 3 months. Aug, Sep and October.

that is good as you got to rent. it always be careful while giving things on rent. as far as you know your neighbor its good and not to worry i think.
