So does this mean American basketball players are overrated?

NBA players have the international fame because they have international broadcast but it doesn't mean they are the best in Basketball. If you think about it the current champion in NBA is a Canadian team and 99% of NBA teams are American teams. Well WOW I have high expectation of team USA because of NBA but they embarrass and humiliate themselves in FIBA which is the world cup of Basketball. TEAM USA is composed of NBA players.
