Did you ever experience restless unhappy days? You tried to get out of it but you can't. You have to go through it day in day out. This can happen any where and in any situation. At home, at workplace, at school.
Did it happen to you? In what situation and how did you handle it?

I suspect if that happens you might be suffering from a mental condition called clinical depression. There is no cause for the sadness but you have it for no reason at all. I think you should try consulting a psychologist to rpoperly assess you if you are suffering from one. Anything that has a lingering sadness for more than two weeks may be signs that you are already suffering from depression and should be address the earliest possible time.

@yanzalong I hope you heed to consult a doctor about it so they can properly assess you if you are just having just a phase or there is something chemical imbalance in your brain that causes you to feel like that.

As human beings, we undergo ups and downs of life. We have Creator. Ask Him to help us out. All it needs is patience, most of whom are unable to show.

The thing I try to do is stay busy even though my mind is so full of sadness. I hope you will feel better soon.

I just pray and ask God to help me out and my prayer is answered. You can do that.
