what do you do to minimize eyebags? i know surgery is the only answer to completely get rid of it but i don't fancy going under the knife. maybe somebody out there can give me an advise?

i think sleeping late is the culprit.. however too much sleep can also cause eyebags.. you can try putting cucumber when going to sleep
