I love that so many men are attracted to short hair now. / myLot

Back in the day, for most men the ideal woman was slim with long hair. Today in the gym, I was getting all the attention. There were about 15 people in the gym total. About 9 men and the rest women. Every man in the gym spoke to me and commented how sexy my haircut was. The women in the gym that overheard it just stared at me with nasty looks. It's okay to be different and do your own thing. As I was leaving the gym one woman said, "I love your hair, but I could never do that". I said, "WHY NOT"? Your hair doesn't make you beautiful. Why do men adjust so easily to different things but some women will keep the same look all their lives?

all i can say is beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. am not a fan of short air but i want to wear my short. long hair makes one look old sometimes

I agree on both points. And with long hair you have so many more options. But with short hair I can sleep in longer.

To me, the hairdo of a woman I'm attracted to matters a lot. I don't like short hair on women. I like either long hair or semi-long hair. But that's just me. I know that lots of guys disagree with me about this. It is a matter of opinion, after all.

I had a great conversation this morning with a beautiful young lady who had shaved her head everywhere except the top, and then dyed her hair bright green! I actually thought she looked cute with her hair like that, and I told her so!

The men seemed to really notice the new hair cut. It must have been funny when a lady said she loved your hair yet she couldn't do it with hers. People say I look very much the same all the time. I just get older and the hair at the front of my hair has gone grey. The rest of my hair is dark brown. I have to say that personality is more important than looks. A man might be attracted to a kind and sensible lady.
