i'd say to both.

go with brain first before beauty . . . judge person on its abilities & talents than on how they look or how beautiful they walk on the streets but brain is empty! even if you don't have a very good appearance but you are so deligent many people will look high on you then you can just still be pleasing as you go out so neat & clean then many things you can do to look beautiful then !

Mental beauty is much more important in my view.
