Have you ever been to a country ruled by a despot?

Despots continue to be at the helm of affairs in a number of countries. I have always raised my voice against despotism and totalitarianism. Democracy must be established firmly in each and every country of the world, and the UN is duty-bound to do that.

That's a terrible form of government. Our country is a democratic.

I live in England which is part of the United Kingdom. We have a democratic government. It is awful that there was a question in 2016. Stay or leave the EU? Leavers won by a narrow margin. I think a lot of people didn't vote because they were not sure.

Unfortunately yes. I am Chilean and has Pinochet as a dictator for long years.
