Home Repair Update 9/18/19

We have found a roofer! They are more expensive than our lowest bid; but they can start on the roof next Wednesday, sooner if weather permits. The sooner the better since it's been fairly dry...we don't need the ceilings coming down even more than they already are! I will make some calls today about getting the brush hogging done. It will be more than we had planned because someone has been throwing trash into the yard; and that will have to be cleaned out as well. I'm pretty sure I know who we will go with. That's all that's happening so far. Will have to line up someone to fix the ceilings and wall as soon as the roof is done...and then someone to clean out all the furniture, etc., in the house.
