Which is ur favourite bank to bank with?

I also have an account with citibank. Their internet banking facility has very good fool proof method of tackling password theft (using keystrokes) by way of entering your password using your mouse with the keyboard picture on the screen, which i is a great way to protect the customer's account for future thefts by way of key logging, etc. Their service is also up to the mark in most of the time. I have not visited the branch for long time since i do most the transactions either online or through their phone banking which does the job and saves time for the customers like me. I would give four stars for Citibank out of Five in terms of customer satisfaction.
