It sounds like you are very upset about this. Typically I find it simple just to move the children and me away from the undesired behavior. Personal rights should be respected even when we disagree with behaviors.

I'm also a smoker too but I really don't want the smell of 2nd hand smoke 
and especially even thou I'm smoker, I don't smoke in public places, I only smoke in smoking areas or in my house because I know what's the feeling of other non-smoker if they will smell some smokes from smokers
