Dark Horse Books 2007 - Spoiler alerts
Laugh out loud very funny and totally irreverent graphic novel that pokes fun at organized religion, Christianity, Harry Potter, Scooby Doo (Doggy Doo), burlesque and Buffy The Vampire Slayer among much more.
Essentially the plot involves the archangel Abaddon who murders several angels in Heaven and frames five cherub angels for it. They chase him to New York and later to Hell in order to clear their names. God and Satan are chasing them too. They end helped by a nightclub stripper who hasn't noticed she works for Dracula.
The jokes come at a relentless pace, virtually every panel is a new one. I particularly like the idea of the Bible being banned in Heaven for having too much sex and violence in it. Very inventive, richly drawn and probably offensive to some too.

Wow sounds neat, that is the type of comedy I like. Will look for that one. I just now have to learn how to read. I make bad jokes.
