Do you talk to random strangers dog?

Dogs always get my attention! There are times I'm on the escalator then there's a dog in front and I keep on waving my hands to say Hi!

Oh yes, they are too cute not to. Then I realize I got over excited and apologize to the owners in case they don't like that sort of thing. Everyone is different. =)

yes, sometimes i even greet the stranger and ask him if it's okay to play with the dog for awhile. i think that's okay.
