my laptop is not working

My laptop's window is 8 corrupt. I am very upset. I have to do some personal work. In my laptop but it is not moving. I am so upset that I do not understand when things start working, when such things happen, the mood is off.

It is problem with every one. Any problem in laptop of desk top upset us. But these are like machines and some problem is possible in these. Upload window again.

Is it Windows 8? If it's it's not updated or upgraded to a high or to the latest version. Probably that would be the reason.

I have lenovo windows 8 . I formatted it already one time or install windows 7 but after 8 months its again giving me trouble.
