Does the food cooked in a microwave oven has same nutrient value, as food cooked in a conventional oven?

Have you ever used microwave oven to cook your food? Is food cooked in a microwave oven as safe, and has the same nutrient value, as food cooked in a conventional oven? I prefer food cooked on a LPG stove, whereas I use microwave oven to heat up cooled- down food and beverage like tea or coffee, when I am unable to get freshly cooked and piping hot food. What about you?

I don't know if there is any difference. I like the quick convenience of cooking in my microwave. I also cook using an oven and it takes time to get hot. I make tea or coffee using an electric kettle In the winter it is lovely to eat hot food prepared in my kitchen.

@maximax8, Yes I agree with you that one can cook pretty quickly in an oven and it's quite convenient too.

@amirev777 Over the next week I will be improving my kitchen. I used my oven almost every day. I use my microwave a few times a day.

I have no real facts, but in my opinion food is better cooked on a stove or in an oven, just because the type of heat is very different, and stoves is the closest we get to real fire, still the nutrients change but in a good way...like how we can't eat raw chicken and stuff haha

I don’t use the microwave anymore. I just use the regular oven to cook meals
