Our physician said that one contributory factor to obesity is the unlimited drink in fastfood outlets. Especially the kids, they drink too much soda which means excessive sugar. Do you buy the very large cup of soda?

but our small size soft drinks here are still much smaller compared to other countries. even our largest softdrinks are still smaller than other countries. and i'm referring to both bottled and cups.

I think that is part of the reason fast food outlets are now offering alternative drinks with children's meals.

I looked at the calories in fast food places and was shocked that the amount of calories in a child's meal is higher than that of an adult. I've been on a food program to lose weight for over two years and it's been that long since I had a soda and have no interest in having it any longer.

I use to drink sugar-free soda years back, but I don't do this any longer. Instead, I drink coffee that I made myself.

I never liked Sodas and even not encouraged my family (my Son and my wife) ti have it as I know that one average bottle of Soda does have about 10 teaspoonfuls of Sugar and it is bad for health as it aids in causing diabetics!
