Do You Use Amazon Mechanical Turk To Make Money?!!!??

I mean human robots that do tasks or micro jobs for Amazon!! Not artificial intelligence but real intelligence !! They use humans instead of computers for these tasks!! And you earn a little money for the mini jobs!! Has anyone tried this?! What do you think?! How easy is it?!

@db20747 MTurk earnings go into Amazon accounts where you can use for online Amazon purchases or transfer to bank account. I have done 1000s of hits there.
