I'm building a new computer. Actually it is a gaming computer because I want to release my stress by playing at night until I get sleep. I talked to some of my IT experts and they told me that 32GB ram is too much if I'm just going to use it for playing games! What do you think?

16 GB is more than enough unless you want to make your gaming computer last for years.

I think that is more than enough for the gaming purpose! There is n problem if you can afford that as you will get a good speed while you play! All the best!
