Enough is Enough - Going back to Windows 7

For the umpteenth time, I have crashed my PC. Those hackers and internet punks are getting trickier by the day. Now that I had to do a complete restore due to Windows 10 crashing and even Norton did not fix things or block attempted intrusions a week ago, I spent 3 whole days, putting my PC back together, one file at a time and by now I am not getting rid of Windows 7. Why do we continue to be bombarded by criminal hackers and cyber warfare on social media and websites that by their very nature put viruses in our PCs for the heck of it? - Because they are bored? I hope those fools who continue to hack at our computer systems have a special place in hell.

I still miss XP. So far, I've had few problems with 10 and they are usually after an update

I am holding on to 7 until I absolutely have to switch to 10 at the end of this year. Hackers would be better served by working for the government than by making our lives miserable. Why not use their talents for the good instead of the evil? I'm sorry you're having so much trouble with your PC.

So sad to know about the crashing of your PC! The hackers have their own style of infecting the PCs f the people and they derive pleasure from that! I can really understand about the intensity of your anger with your concluding statement of the discussion! Stay blessed and hope things will be alright for you and for your PC soon!

That is awful that happened to you and you had to do so much to fix it. Hackers are the worst!

I'm holding on to my 7 till it's demise on Jan. 14, 2020. I really feel that it's the best OS Microsoft has come up with and XP comes at a very near second. Never tried 10 yet but I hope they get all those patches and bugs fixed before expiration date.
