In the photo is the turnout of the meat I bought earlier Sunday. It is a serving of pork “Humba” I cook and tried to do plating. It is a Filipino meat dish similar to Adobo with additional other ingredients like the brown sugar and black beans that makes it different. It is best paired with rice, a staple food to every Filipino’s table and drinks of your choice. Carbonated beverages usually do. If you have red wine, that is more fine. Some paired it to their alcoholic drinks during drinking sessions.
If you have high cholesterol level, then I think that it is not recommended for you because of its fat. You may try a little or you may not eat it often because as we hear always, everything in excess is not good. Our Nutritionist coordinator then with my previous work told us that the exact serving of meat is just a size of match box. I’m guilty of this because I can eat three slices of this dish in one meal.
Good day/evening everyone.
Thanks for reading.

@Dyvette16 Ha ha depends on your availability to cook. And I believe that it's not advisable to eat meat often. You know, for some health reasons.
