Burned Amusement Park

There was a amusement park here known as Star City and I've been there a couple of times when I was a kid.
I feel sad for those who want to have fun this coming holidays. There's another called Enchanted Kingdom but that place is too far way. But looks like they're getting more customers from before.
The last ride for me there was the roller coaster, probably the smallest.
There's a possibility that it's arson, but it's still being investigated.

Families counting on visiting Star City this holiday season will have to change plans. The amusement park will be closed through the Christmas and New Year b...

Oh that is so sad. Hopefully it was just an accident and not arson. But knowing people, there is always someone who likes to ruin the fun of others.

Yeah i have also some childhood memories of that place too. My son also had an experience of that too when he was young too. We went there and explored the place. I feel sad for the place too but they say it may be arson or the building was not earning anymore that is why it was intentionally burned for insurance purposes. But those are just rumors that are spreading around. They were most active on Christmas season and this would be the first time that they will not be around anymore.

Hello @rsa101 I remember one time back in 2013. The market burned and people thought it was arson because of the Savemore before it's opening three days prior.

It is a shame that an amusement park gets burned down. I just hope it was an accident and not an act of arson since amusement parks in Louisiana are a dying breed.
