Master thoughts and feelings

Today I'm doing my best to master my thoughts and feelings. So early in the morning I have negative thoughts and feelings. I try to think as positive as I could. I was able to raise up my good feeling and condition my thoughts to think only good thoughts. It's time to use the computer and I suddenly feel low and depress. Have you mastered your thoughts and your feelings? I want to be the boss of my thoughts and feelings from now on not those negative thoughts and feelings rule my life

Sometimes depression sets in, but you can control it; I try to beat it.

I try to stay positive, no matter happens. Thoughts attract things to happen.
