Hi reduce the weight is little difficult rite?? We can reduce weight eat plenty of fruits and vegetables .due to high fiber ,low calories and fat What are things need to do with you thoughts

Yes its difficult but we can do it. I think with fruits and vegies good idea. you can also take hot water for drinking as it also helpful. There are many different things people said so you can follow any of them too.

@birjudanak To me sometimes forget to get the breakfast and both lunch and breakfast geting at about 3pm - 4pm usually .. is this happening to you ??
