Gluten free cones

Today I took my 4.5 year old to a new store called Sprouts Market. They had a bunch of gluten free foods to buy or make. Which is a big deal for my house and for my littlest. He picked out two things ice cream cones and soup for my little guy. I liked how the color coded the tags orange with a big GF near all the price tags so you could tell it was gluten free. They also had nut free, dairy free and soy free which is great from other people that have food allergies.
Once we got home he got some chocolate ice cream in an gluten free cone. He looked so happy he was actually humming with delight.

They had some there lots of dairy free stuff they where purple tags.

I'm so happy for your little fella. Adults can manage, but it's hard on kids. My husband really misses Big Macks!

I think it’s easy for little kids because they don’t remember like us adults do. He’a been Gluten free for 2 years so he has no real memory of what it’s like to eat things made with wheat.
