The End Of A Love

In your darkest hour my love does my beacon reach your storm It however prohibits me from bringing back the norm The countless hours of raging rivers made your body constrict with pain Only the showery images of your breath can be seen throughout the plain I reached out through the obstructive barrier to draw your feeble skeletal hull To find the dream of a passionate love become an irreversible ill-fated null My beacon searched time and again in hopes to erase this fate But I had to succumb to the realization I just steered my bow a little too late Written by: Teresa Trotter * I enjoy writing poetry too. My favorite is rhyme. However, I write in all forms. I think I will start sharing a few. Most of what I will be sharing are part of poetry sites, which some have won contests.
