A Chick Fil A employee named Seth is being recognized as a great person who went the extra mile to retrieve a lost I phone that fell down a storm drain at a waiting line in Stafford Virginia last week.
The female customer Shauna Hall had the bad luck of dropping her I phone down a storm drain.
The catch was that Seth was off the clock when he decided to do his part to remove the manhole near the drive in line to retrieve the lost I phone as an act of goodwill.
The lucky part for Seth was that the manhole was just a little bit loose so he could open the manhole and climb down the drain and retrieve the I phone and give it back to Shauna who embraced him and even took his picture that was placed on Facebook.
I am sure that Shauna will be more careful having her I phone near the door of her auto next time she goes anywhere that has a storm drain.

Chick Fil A is known for its outstanding customer service; and this is just another example. Seth doing this off the clock is to be commended.

They seem to be in the forefront o doing wonderful deeds to their customers despite the threat of boycott from their enemies of the other side of the political fence.

Chick Fil A employees are known for going beyond the call of duty to assist a customer. This is the first time an employee went to retrieve a lost I phone that fell down a storm drain that I know of.
