When I go elsewhere especially long distance or even within city limit, I have with me in my bag or pocket a sky flakes (soda cracker) or a white rabbit (toffee candy) in case I caught by hunger, I can grab a bite or immediately fill something to my hungry stomach. Oftentimes, you cannot be served immediately in restaurants or fast food. It will help because those will able to hold your hunger before an actual meal is served. Therefore, you do not need to rush looking up a meal because your stomach says so.

Yes, it is good you have it to save you from being too hungry. I do it too, but I carry peanuts and water.

It's always good to be prepared with a packet of sky flakes at all times! :)
