Belgian boy, now a man, found safe and sound after 20 years.

A Brussels native was found 20 years after he went missing. The man was recognized on a poster that was made from an age regression photo.
The boy ran away from home at the age of 14 and made a new life for himself. He now goes by a different name and lives in a different place. He is happy with his life and wishes to remain anonymous.
He ran away because of the atmosphere at home.

It makes me curious as to how bad his home life was, but I agree with you ,he must have done what was right for him.

That's so sad his home life was so bad he ran away and changed his identity. His family was probably relieved he was found even if they did mistreat him they were probably worried sick.

I agree, I am sure that someone in the family was relieved to hear that he was safe. I feel so bad because I can't help but think he was abused and had to flee.

@shaggin I don't blame him for fleeing, but I do hope that whoever was missing him / cared enough about him.. that they are now relieved.
