We did not get time to do snorkeling there in Maldives. But we did it in Phuket and Andaman. I enjoyed it. But I do not feel the same excitement about it. In fact with age I am getting a bit scared of such things.

Thanks Rakski there were travellers from China, Taiwan, Philippines who did a lot of snorkelling.

Thanks Acelawrites, yes the water is crystal clear. So the marine life is visible. It is amazing to do snorkellling with oxygen cylinders.
