Convicted in 1960 servied probation, stayed clean, have full pardon all rights restored, including right to carry firearm. I'm 66 years old disabled and only job that I can do would be securty, gate guard or something in that field. If I answer yes for conviction thats as far as I get. If I answer no then I'm fired for lying after background check.

If you can afford an attorney, contact a criminal defense lawyer and ask if they can get your record sealed or expunged. Then, you don't have to answer yes to the conviction question. Also, try legal aid services in your area; depending on your income, you may qualify for free attorney services.
