A young boy about seventeen died because his Pacemaker couldn’t connect to the phone lines, and another in another area lost his life due to not having Oxygen! Honestly there has to be some culpability here because a warning of less than two days for an outage that is going to affect thousands with medical needs is not accessible. The boy is local and went to the same school is Little Misses brother, I am not saying his name purposely out of respect to the family in their grief.
