Noble Prize Vs Peaceful Demonstration

Oh! Congratulations! to Ethiopian prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali for winning Nobel peace prize. He is done good for relation between Ethiopia and other neighboring countries. But he is not doing anything good for interrelationship between inter-regional states. And also there is no allowed peaceful demonstration.

yap. But which one should be more focused by Noble prize? The inter-countries peace Or inter-regional states?
